Requirements:
· Fluent English and Chinese with basic accounting and tax knowledge.
· Excellent computer skills and knowledge in Excel, Word, QuickBooks
· Applicant must be energetic, enthusiastic, organized, detail oriented & able to work independently. The right individual will be loyal, trustworthy and a self-starter with a confident positive outlook

Duties:
Answer phone call, greet customers
Timely and accurate filing of all government required remittances
Accounts Receivable and collections
Accounts payable and direct debit payments
Bank reconciliation
Prepare personal tax returns
Perform other tasks as assigned
Confidence in your work is mandatory, as is the ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
